The RMsuite.com server cluster is managed on a secure, safe, redudant and private rack at one of the world's largest co-location facilities - The Planet. If you'd like to learn more about The Planet you can read about their security and data centres.

The server cluster set up to run the RMSuite.com system offers the following levels of protection with your data:

• The operating system being used on all servers is Red Hat Enterprise Linux 4 which has been certified at Evaluation Assurance Level 3, a certification given after completion of a Common Criteria security evaluation. The Common Criteria is an international standard for computer security.
• The database being used, MySQL, has been shown to have a code quality 6 times better than that of comparable proprietary code, resulting in a safer and more reliable system.
• All installed modules are kept up to date using the latest stable builds and patches as soon as they become available.
• All data transferred between the subscriber's computer and the RMSuite.com server cluster is encrypted using a state of the art 256 bit SSL certificate. This allows for constant, secure communication to be carried out between the user and the RMsuite.com server cluster as well as the secure storage of all customer billing data.
• All servers within the cluster house only RMsuite.com related modules. Limiting high level access to only our network administrators and ensuring that only RMsuite.com modules and promotional items are hosted on our servers helps add an additional layer of security to our users.
• All data is backed up every night to centralized backup system, with offsite, secure back ups in event of a major catastrophe
• Our privacy policy states that will not use your data for our own purposes. The data you collect is kept private and confidential.
